These classes are for all levels.

Directions - Classes Located at Gate 1 of Pauley Pavillion.

Class Info - Have fun and learn the rules of the road. Master skills such as the Heel Stop, Spin Stop, Turning, Controlled Forward Movement, Cross over turns, Transitions and Backwards skating. The world is your playground, learn how to skate it! Learn the Spin stop, T-stop and hockey stop. Improve striding for more effective and efficient energy expenditure using proper edging and body alignment. Have fun with Slalom Maneuvers, Cross over turns, parallel turns, Backwards Skating, backwards cross-overs and stopping. Incorporate balance, edging, and strength-building drills such as toe rolls, one foot glides and jumping. Learn real world skating including how to handle curbs, cracks, grass, slopes and more. Requests Welcome! All Equipment Provided.
